apple Iphone rumours change from If to When

With analyst reports coming in of the iPhone in production in Taiwan, the long-stirred rumours of the mac phone, or iPhone have changed from centering on 'if' to discussions of 'when' it will be announced. Dates of Q104 have been circulated on various websites. Foxconn's name has also been associated.
